First, you book a complimentary consultation with Web Dezyn Plus. During this consultation, we will strive to understand your business goals, your market, competition and concerns. Then we will talk about the plan to achieve those goals. An updated website doesn’t meant much if it doesn’t help you obtain your goals. Then we prepare a proposal for you to review. We are NOT going to sell you something that you don’t need. We also promise not to talk down to you. This is your business and we are here to help you succeed

We only build our sites with WordPress. Our themes and web kits from Elementor are the most customizable in the world so no website will ever look exactly like another. Your site will be SEO ready so that you can be found on all of the major search engines. Your site will be able to be managed by you (if you choose to do so) or you can add on a maintenance package after your website goes live.

Project Management Plan

Only after we have taken the time to learn what you are expecting from the web design and what’s involved, we put together a proposal document which outlines what we can provide and the investment cost. Once accepted by you, our contract and scope of work is drafted for your signature. We are all on the same page. Shortly after this, you will receive the project management document with timelines, requirements and goals to complete your project on time and on budget.

Process

Creating Your Site

After all the documentation is signed and we are all on the same page, Web Dezyn Plus will begin developing your website. This may done locally on our server or in a staging site on your hosting company’s server. We build on the WordPress CMS (Content Management System) and install everything that is required to make your site run beautifully. We utilize all the latest development methods, tools and software. Also important is your site’s functionality, user experience and SEO value. Your new website is thoroughly tested through various browsers and devices while it is still in the testing stage. Only when you are completely satisfied with the results and only then, does your bright shiny new website go LIVE!

Then What?

Training & Support

Now that you’re live, we put the management back to you. We will include training on how to use your administration area to make edits and so forth. If this isn’t something that you want to take on, we are pleased to be able to offer a website maintenance package so that we can do all the backend work for you. We will deal with your hosting company and make sure that all necessary updates are completed in a timely manner.
