After several years of assisting photographers with keeping up with all the backend maintenance of their websites, Gail Kenney decided that it was time to take the plunge and that’s how Web Dezyn Plus was born. The name was conceived by Gail’s husband.
Officially we opened on September 1, 2020. So yes, we’re a brand new company but with nearly eighteen years of taking care of our own websites as well as other people’s sites, it was time.

You, our client, is the first and foremost person in any of our projects. Since 2021 we meet primarily by Zoom or in some cases, by phone, to discuss your ideas, needs, timeframes and more. Then we prepare a project outline for your review and once accepted, then and only then, will we get started on your website needs.
Our responsibility is to you! We ensure that all of your project is handled confidentially and in a professional manner. We promise to deliver your services and/or website design in a timely manner. All deliverables are clearly lined out in your project and we make every effort to complete them on time.
You have entrusted Web Dezyn Plus to complete your project, no matter how big or small, in a timely manner. We will fully outline your request in written form, complete with timelines and who is supposed to be doing what! As long as everyone does their part, your project will come in on time and on budget. After all, we are a small business as well and we understand the contraints related to it.

She has been in the information technology field for over 25 years and really understands the bases of maintaining and upgrading websites.
Gail and the Web Dezyn Plus team have built over thirty WordPress/Elementor Pro based websites since the business opened in 2020.
Most of these clients continued onto a basic website maintenance plan with a few adding investigative blogging and social media integration to their plans because they just do not have the time or technical expertise to maintain their websites. They just don’t want to do it themselves.

On a personal note, Gail has been married to her husband, Don, for nineteen years. They have a blended family of four sons, one daughter, one daughter-in-law, nine grandsons, and three granddaughters. Needless to say, she has a very busy family life.
Gail enjoys keeping up with her photography skills as she ran a very successful photography business for seventeen years. Swimming daily whenever she can is a big part of her summer lifestyle here in Orillia. Reading and keeping up on the latest trends for Web Dezyn Plus is also a must do every week. As you know, technology can change very quickly. Part of being a “webmistress extrordinaire” is keeping ahead of changes that must be made to our clients’ sites.
