Let us showcase your business site, blog, eCommerce store exactly the way that you want. We start with a base theme and build something unique for you. Every single site we design is completely unique to you and your business.
We offer three (3) service levels for website design. If you need something that doesn’t quite fit, our custom option might be the best choice.

Second, contact us by phone, text. e-mail or by using our contact form.
If we are the “right” fit, you will be provided with an estimate of the cost for your design.
Once the estimate is accepted, you will be sent a “Website Design Agreement” to sign along with an invoice. 50% of the total fee is payable with the signed agreement.
A website design questionnaire will be sent out for you to complete so that all the information discussed in the initial consultation is on record both at our studio and with you.
Service Description
We focus on clear pages that match your business needs, like a home page that states your offer fast, service pages that spell out scope and price range, and a contact flow that doesn’t waste time. We ensure that your content also covers trust basics, including reviews, credentials, photos, and plain-language FAQs.
We write content with SEO / A.I. compliance but keep it natural; using the words your clients would use. Location outlining the the areas you serve are essential. Your services will be described in simple terms.
Pricing is clear and concise with an active way for customers to purchase on-line (WOOCommerce), book a service or appointment or just contact you with a form.
We keep paragraphs short and use strong headings that are SEO / A.I. compliant, and end key pages with a direct next step, like booking a call or requesting a quote if required.
Our Process
- Paperwork completed with Signed Agreement & Retainer Paid
- Project Added to the Design Queue in Asana (Project Management Application)
- Client uploads content / images, etc. into Asana
- Initial design phase begins.
- Client reviews design draft in USEPASTEL web application.
- Draft design is updated based on comments / suggestions .
- Client reviews updates in USEPASTEL.
- Client approves the design.
- Site is reviewed, tested and then it is done again by our independent website testers.
- Website proceeds to the "GO Live" queue.
- Complimentary fourteen (14) business days of website maintenance after "GO Live."
