Meet Our Associates
As the CEO and Head Designer at Web Dezyn Plus, Gail Kenney wears many hats and one of them is managing our sub-contractors. She knows them well and chooses the best fit for each project. She works with our clients to make sure that the “right” person is the “right” fit.
Marc D.
Programmer
Marc D. is an experienced programmer based in Vancouver, British Columbia. He writes, tests, debugs, and maintains code for software, apps, and websites. He turns designs into clear instructions computers can follow, using languages like Python, Java, and C++. He’s a hands-on problem solver who works closely with other Web Dezyn Plus team members to keep projects moving. He also updates client website programs as needs change, so features work better and issues get fixed fast.
Mary V.
PHP Specialist
Mary V. is a PHP specialist (or developer) knows PHP inside and out and uses it to power the parts of a site you don’t see. She builds the backend logic for dynamic pages and web apps, connects to databases, and handle user sign-ups, logins, and permissions. Mary also ties PHP into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript so the front end can show the right content at the right time. She writes clean code, fix bugs, and keep systems running well as features change. When you need a site that can store data, manage users, and respond to real actions, she is our go-to person who makes it work. Mary currently splits her time between Toronto, ON and Naples, FL.
Francine M.
Graphic Designer
Francine M. is our graphic designer, based in Orillia, ON, who is a creative pro who uses images, type, and colour to share ideas. She designs for many formats, like logos, websites, ads, and product packaging. Her job mixes art and tech to solve clear communication problems. She makes content easy to understand and appealing for a set audience. Francine works closely with others on the team at Web Dezyn Plus and our clients to turn rough ideas into strong visuals. She plans layouts, picks fonts, sets colour palettes, and builds a consistent look. For most digital and print work, Francine uses tools like Adobe Creative Suite. The end goal is simple, clean design that says the right thing fast.
Lia C.
SEO / A.I. Specialist
Lia C. is a SEO / A.I. specialist and one of the newest members of the Web Dezyn Plus team and lives just outside Ottawa, ON. She helps with enhancing our clients’ online presence by increasing organic traffic and elevating their search engine rankings using various tools that Web Dezyn Plus uses. She conducts keyword searches and optimizes content for our clients. She also analyzes performance metrics to strengthen our clients’ broader SEO strategy. Lia is also responsible for ensuring that our clients’ websites comply with the new A.I. requirements and submitting the sites to the various A.I. databases
Martin P.
AI Video Creator
Martin P. has recently joined our team as an AI video creator, and he brings strong hands-on skills in video development. He creates sharp, modern AI videos for websites, social media, digital advertising, and other online content. Because he works with the latest tools and methods, he can turn ideas into clear, high-quality video assets that fit each platform. He’s also known for moving from concept to final edit with care and speed, so projects stay on track and look polished. Martin works remotely from wherever he is in the world and his latest creation for one of our newest clients has him raving about the work with the realistic chatbot, AI created videos of the subject matter and making everything work within the specified parameters.
Web Dezyn Plus works with sub-contractors who rotate between projects based on what each job needs, like scope, complexity, and timelines. That flexibility helps us match the right skills to the right work, without forcing a one-size-fits-all setup. Right now, we rely on four long-time associates who’ve been part of our team for years and know our process well. At the same time, we keep our options open and can bring in other trusted pros if a project calls for it.
