What is the Cost?
More complex sites can range between $250 – $500 plus HST for add-ons like e-commerce systems, on-line booking systems, investigative blogging, social media integration, SEO/AI optimization, and others.
You can always upsize from The Essential if your site needs more attention than the hours covered by the plan. We will be happy to chat with you about what would work best for your website.
How Do I Pay?
If additional services such as content writing, investigative blogging, advanced SEO/AI optimization or social media integration are added, each item will appear as a separate line item and billed. We try to be flexible and work with our clients’ budgets.

Can I Cancel?
We understand that your business needs may change and, yes, we do allow cancellations or changes of maintenance packages. We do require three (3) months of all cancellations as out plans are often invoiced quarterly.

We also keep your CMS (like WordPress), themes, plugins, and core files up to date, so you’re not stuck with old code that breaks or gets hacked.
Your site gets a monthly back-up of files and the database, so we can restore fast after a bad update or crash. For speed, we run performance tests, compress and clean up images, set up caching, and watch server resources to stop slowdowns. We handle the technical basics too, broken link checks, database tune-ups, and fixes for errors and bugs that hurt your visitors and your search results.
A summary e-mail detailing all care plan work will be sent during the first week of each month, so you have a clear record of services completed by Web Dezyn Plus.
The Standard
This plan includes basic technical SEO audits to catch issues like slow pages, broken links, or messy metadata. UX support focuses on mobile-friendly layouts, WCAG accessibility checks, and fixing small glitches that frustrate visitors.
We back up your site files and database weekly for quick recovery after updates or crashes.
The Premiere
The Premiere maintenance plan covers everything in the Essential and Standard plans, plus extra care for online sales and bookings. If your site has an online shop, we run regular e-commerce checks that test the full checkout flow, from cart to payment to confirmation, so orders don’t get stuck or lost. If you use an online booking tool, we keep the website-side links working properly and updated, so customers can book without running into dead ends.
